Stevie at Mech-Elec was great, friendly & really helpful, very patient with our several changes of mind when planning our bathroom.
Nothing was too much trouble, she quickly understood the look I wanted to achieve, and helped with colours & toning everything in, right down to the smallest of detail.

We agreed on the styling of accessories too, (have purchased some items the same as she chose for the showroom.)

We often communicated by text or email - great personal service.

From start to finish, Stevie was super helpful and knowledgable in helping me from design to install. I was able to pop back to the showroom with my tile samples so I could see if what I had chosen would match with the bathroom design. I was kept up to date throughout the whole process and the bathroom fittings and furniture are of a really high quality. Would definitely reccomend Stevie and the team and would not hesistate to use them again.

I found Mech-Elec very much by mistake. Was looking for city plumbing but so glad I did. Right from the start I felt welcome and not just a customer. And as I’m a Norfolk boy. Every pound is a prisoner so the price had to be good. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Can not fault

We have bought a parts from Mech Elec a couple of times and staff have always been knowledgeable and helpful. The other day we took an old radiator thermostat into store to get a replacement and was told that they no longer make them, not only did the staff at Mech Elec not try to sell us a different one and all the attachments to get it to fit but they actually fixed the one that I took in!! Highly recommended

Went out of their way to source a part. Their own company doesn't sell what I needed but one of the gents who works in the shop knew who might. Took a photo of what I needed, rang his contact, sent over the photo and hey presto, it was in my hand 30 mins later.

Awesome new electrical and plumbing parts suppliers in Dereham. Visited for first time yesterday, they have a great range of TOP QUALITY components all in stock with many difficult to find fittings all at great prices. The guys in store are knowledgeable, and very helpful. This is now my first stop for supplies.
A local British firm that deserves to do well. So if your into Plumbing or Electrics give them a look, you won't be disappointed.
