Terms and Conditions

Quotations:
All quotations valid for 30 days, with the following exceptions: copper pipe & soft copper coils, cable, boilers & heat pumps. These items are subject to market valuation and manufacturers price increases. Conversion or changes to quotations should be made via email on in person after looking at the physical quotation to ensure accuracy. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the accuracy, colour, size and function of all items in the quotation before pricing works or ordering.

Orders:
All orders placed are to be collected or delivered within 30 days of placing. Mech-Elec Wholesale Ltd reserves the right to bill, cancel or restock any orders not collected within this time frame unless agreed otherwise with company managers. Processed ordered are similarly subject to being delivered under the same 30 day criteria.

Cancellation of orders should be made promptly after the goods are no longer required. All items ordered or delivered that are no longer required could be subject to a restocking charge at the digression of the supplier or management.

Deliveries:
Mech-Elec offers both scheduled and on the day deliveries. All scheduled deliveries are to be made a minimum of 2 days before delivery date to ensure time slot can be allocated. We aim to complete all scheduled deliveries on times requested by the customer, however, exact times cannot be guaranteed due to scheduling conflicts, staff absence, traffic, weather or other unforeseen circumstances. On the day deliveries are subject to a "first-come-first-serve" basis. Time slots for on the day deliveries cannot guaranteed and are at the digression of the staff and subject to our pre-booked schedule.

Customer must ensure on-site contact or pre-agreed storage location is available for all deliveries. All deliveries must have adequate access, directions and facilities to facilitate deliveries. If conditions are not adequate, or contact cannot be made prior to dropping off, it is at the digression of management to cancel the delivery.
